I don't know what to say. Six more weeks is a lot, but it could have been much worse, right? It would be hard to look at it that way, though. I don't blame you for wanting to get a second opinion.
My first daughter had hip dysplasia as well (she ended up getting a closed reduction/spica cast). I feel your stress over the hassle of it.
*hugs* I remember thinking how sucktastic it was to have such a big medical hassle when she was just starting out. I hope that the harness clears everything up. Thinking good thoughts for you all.
