Some Observations

From our trip yesterday:

A church named "Family Harvest Church" is kind of creepy.

Aaron would like to say, "F Indiana", but he really is just crabby because of a 4-lane highway that had a speed limit of 55 mph. He thinks this is ridiculous, and I heard about it the whole way down here.

The trip from our apartment to Kansas City takes 10 hours, like the computer print-out directions say, if you drive directly here at 70 mph, no stopping. That doesn't work though, when the speed limit is 65 at most outside of Michigan, and also when you get stuck behind two giant trucks carrying giant steal girders that take up both lanes and are going 45 miles per hour. And they're in front of you for an hour. Then it takes 12 hours.

So you decided against coming to Colorado then, huh? Lame. Here they let you drive 75 on the highways, but you can usually get away with 80-85ish. Just something to think about...

Let me just say this: I hate to drive.
