My definition of annoying:

I'm second in line at a red light. The light turns green, and the car in front of me doesn't go. Then it keeps not going, so I honk. Even after my honk the car doesn't immediately move. Finally it starts to go just as the light turns yellow, so I miss the light. The longest light in that part of town. The minute-plus light during which not one car goes through the other direction.

That is SO annoying! Once I was at a light that turned green and the woman in front of me was bent over rummaging on the floor in front of the passenger seat. So, obviously she didn't see the light change since her head was practically under the car, so I gave a little courtesy honk to draw her attention to the fact that she should look up, see the green light, and drive. Apparently, though, I was mistaken -- that wasn't supposed to be an intersection for driving through, it was supposed to be a place for her to park and rummage through her stuff -- so she very angrily flipped me off before speeding away. Because, obviously, I was the bitch.

Now THIS is why I live in a city with no cars! Too many stupid people.

(Of course, I just have to deal with subway delays and bus problems instead.)
